Betty J. Randall

Betty J. Randall passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. She is now reunited with her husband Ernest.  Betty was born October 29, 1929, in Vicksburg, MI to Frank and Vera (Rugg) Noel. She is survived by her children: Penny Randall, Sue Randall-Wright and Dan (Angie) Randall; grandchildren: Stacie (Sean) Forward, Kyle (Donna) Wright and Kaci Randall; great grandchildren: Dallas Gillum, Kameron Wright, Brooke Gillum and Kelcie Wright and one great great grandchild: Ny‘Leah as well as several nieces and nephews. Betty is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband of 52 years, Ernest, eight brothers and a sister and by her loved parrot Charlie.

Visit with family and friends on Monday, June 20, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Avink McCowen Secord Funeral home – Portage Chapel; 5975 Lovers Lane in Portage. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 at the same location.

Betty loved Bingo and the Detroit Tigers.  She worked KVP Southerland in Kalamazoo where she met Ernest.  She also worked with the ambulance service, taught aerobics, and raised three children.  She often could be found in her flower garden enjoying her plants.  She also enjoyed traveling in her motorhome with her husband. She lived for family and loved her grandchildren. She would go to their events whenever she could. She will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers donate to breast cancer awareness.
