Beverly Ann Lothamer

LOTHAMER, Beverly Ann Marcellus Beverly Lothamer passed away on June 12th. She was born on Jan. 3, 1930 in Dowagiac, MI and graduated from there in 1948. She taught in one room schools in Glenwood and Jones in 1949 and 1950. She married Norm Lothamer in 1951 and moved to South Bend, IN and later moved to Portage, MI in 1964, where she graduated from WMU. Bev taught school in Three Rivers from 1964 - 1993. She is survived by her daughter, Sue (Dave) Newland, Kevin (Bobbi Jo) Newland, and Adam (Renee) Newland all of Three Rivers, Niccole (Derek) Saidla of Schoolcraft, and Laura Newland of Silver Spring, MD. Her great grandsons include Ryan and Brandon Myers and Seth and Carter Newland. There are many special nieces, nephews and cousins and a life long friend, Rose of Colorado.
