Carol would always greet my family with her beautiful smile and a hug. She always made everyone feel welcome in her home. You never left feeling hungry as she made sure you ate enough. The stories that we all reminisced year after year are priceless. The early years we visited with Dick and Carol while they camped in Cadillac. I was fairly new to the group but Carol made me feel welcomed as always like I was part of the family. My husband Craig tells a story from 1983 where Carol took his 69 Cutlass for a drive because she wanted to show that she could drive it. Those who know Craig know he just wouldnt let anyone drive his Cutlass. There are so many memories like this, when I think of Carol all I see is her Infectious Beautiful Smile! I have many fond memories of growing up with the Henderson family as near by neighbors. Fun was always to be had at our homes together, at the lake, etc. Thoughts and prayers to Dick, Becky, Brad and Brent. Carol was a happy and fun lady to be around, sorry for your loss. Dave Naegele

My thoughts and prayers go out to Dick, Becky, Brad and Brent. My childhood was filed with memories of my parents, George and Dot Naegele...tied to the hip of Dick and Carol....they did everything together for approximately 45 years. My parents treasured the friendship they had with Dick and Carol.....best friends till my dad passed in 2006. I can still hear Carols laughter coming from our kitchen table, backyard camp fires, boating trips, picnics, etc. Carol will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
