Debra Elaine (Deau) Reynolds was born February 6, 1955 to parents Dale and Sylvia (Pond) Deau in Kalamazoo, MI. Debra was the oldest of five children and attended Kalamazoo Public Schools.
In 1975 Debra married Jim Spicer and they had three children. Debra enjoyed being a homemaker, raising their children and found a love for animals which she enjoyed for many years.
In 1994 Debra met her future husband Dan (Doc) Reynolds at the local bowling alley, Airway Lanes. They spent many years bowling, fishing and singing karaoke with friends and family. On May 12, 1996 they were united in marriage and have spent the past twenty-seven years building a wonderful life together.
In July 2017 Debra was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer. At that time she was given six months to a year to live. To Debra that was unacceptable. She spent the next six years fighting this horrible disease like a true warrior. On November 3, 2023 Debra sadly lost her battle but she fought to the very end.
