Dorcas Cornelia Eberstein

Dorcas Cornelia (Rawson) Eberstein, age 91, of Vicksburg, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was born on December 21, 1934, in Marcellus, Michigan, the daughter of Roy and Jesse (Emig) Rawson.

Dorcas graduated from Vicksburg High School in 1953. She went on to work for several years at Triple-S Plastics before retiring. Retirement gave her the opportunity to enjoy a quieter pace of life, and she especially loved spending time at home with her beloved dachshunds, who brought her much companionship and joy.

Family was always at the center of Dorcas' life. She cherished the time she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for generations.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Eberstein, and her daughter, Diane Richards.

Left to cherish her loving memory are her children, Marla (Michael) Wadsworth, William Eberstein, Todd (Ellen) Eberstein, and Larry Eberstein; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.

In accordance with the family's wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services will be held. Dorcas will be laid to rest with her husband at McKain Cemetery. 

Dorcas will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the quiet comfort she found at home, and the warmth and kindness she extended to those she loved.
