Evelyn H. (Elwell) Matlock of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the age of 83. She was born on September 29, 1939, in Cressey, MI the daughter of Lyle and Margaret (O’Neil) Ewell.
