Thank you for your heart felt words Karen. These last few months we have been watching home movies from those Sunday School camping trips to Pine Point. We were amazed at how well you all ate, serving mashed potatoes out of a coffee pot. Mom always managed to make it work. Blessings.

Thank you Ester. Your phone call to her really lifted her spirits. She was really grieving not being able to do Ladies Days this year. It was always one of the highlights of her year. Your thoughtfulness in calling was indeed a rich blessing to her. Gratefully, her daughter Linda

It was my incredible joy to serve with Gloria at Gull Lake Ladies' Days for the past 10 years. I'm so glad we were able to chat with her on this phone this year. She was a remarkable woman who "sloshed" the love of Jesus on everyone she met. My heart is sad that she is no longer with us, but I can almost hear her excitement and see the huge smile on her face as she met Jesus face to face! Praying for all of you as you process and grieve today and in the days to come.

Cherie- You have an awesome mother! I was honor to meet her and know her through going to First Baptist Church in Plainwell. I worked with Gloria in Awana at the church. Such a kind, loving person and can see her dancing in heaven right now. Keep her memories close to your heart and she will be with you always. Prayers for the Shumaker family. Judy Gates Hayes

This sweet lady was always Grandma to me. For more than 20 years she was Grandma Pooh. She never missed a birthday, a Christmas, or a picnic in memory for me, and she was an incredible woman. Her spirit had a special quality that always brought joy and love, and people loved to surround her to share that light. She will forever be loved and missed by those who knew her, and my heart goes out to the family. Sending all our love- The Patrick family (Luke, Jessica, and Julia)

We always enjoyed seeing Gloria at the Daniels family reunions and talking with her. She was a special part of our family, and will be missed. We send our sympathy to her family. May they be blessed with many wonderful memories and comforted with the knowledge that they will see her again one day in Heaven. <3
