John Ray Keith

John R. Keith, of Plainwell, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021. John was born on July 4, 1955 to Charles and Betty (Rutgers) Keith. John was a lifelong Plainwell resident. John is survived by his daughter, Faith (William) Davis, and his son, John (Kerry) Keith; grandchildren, Daniell (Jacob) Crain, Charles Keith, James Davis, Amanda Keith, and Alexander Keith; and sister, Nancy (Donald) Colegrove; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. John is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janice (Wadsworth); and brother, Richard Keith. John served as Camp Commander of General Pritchard Camp 20 Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandkids, and his dog, Dozer. Per John’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Christ Community Church; 3370 113th Ave, Allegan, MI 49010 on December 11th at 11am.
