John S. Polasek, of Vicksburg passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the age of 77. John was born on August 27, 1948 in Plainwell, MI. He was the son of Joseph and Vita (Mancuso) Polasek. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 26th from 4pm to 7pm, with a rosary at 6:30pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church on Friday at 11am, with Monsignor Thomas Martin officiating. Burial at St. Margaret's Catholic Cemetery at 2:30pm.
