In Loving Memory of Judy Ann King

Judy Ann King, age 69, passed away on October 20, 2026. Judy will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, David King; her stepchildren, Naomi Harless and Rachel (Lee) Ellison-Conaway; her four grandchildren, Makenna, Alyssa, James, and Isabelle; her brother, Gary Mroz; and her sister, Linda (Bill) Raymond. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Mroz; her father, Richard Mroz; and her sister, Debbie Mroz.

Judy cherished time spent with her husband, Dave, and their beloved pets, two dogs and two cats. One of her favorite places was their lake house, where she and Dave spent many warm summer days out on their boat, enjoying the water and making lasting memories together.

Family was always close to Judy’s heart, especially her grandchildren, who lovingly called her “Juju.” She loved being involved in their lives, whether attending school events, taking them shopping, or simply spending time together. She always made an effort to stay connected, regularly texting them to make sure they were doing okay. Her thoughtfulness and unwavering support were special ways she showed her grandchildren how much she loved them.

Judy will be deeply missed by her family and loved ones. The memories she created, the love she shared, and the care she showed for those closest to her will remain in their hearts always.

A celebration of life to honor Judy will be held in early December. The date and location will be announced at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Judy’s honor to the American Cancer Society.
