Guestbook

Karen was truly one of the kindest ladies that I ever met. She and I worked together at Sunset Lake Elementary where she was known as KK. She had such a great sense of humor and told the funniest stories about being a Playground Supervisor. One day a little girl ran up to Karen and told her that there was a large bird - an Eagle - that was flying just above her and was worried that the Eagle would come down and peck at her. Karen reassured the little girl that everything would be OK. The last time I saw Karen was a few years ago when she was having a yard sale and I bought some of her jewelry. I will cherish those pieces and think of Karen whenever I wear them. Peace to Larry and Kevin and Karens extended Family.

Karen and I became friends while working at Vicksburg Community Schools - what a sweet, caring individual. We shared sad but also laughter, and happy times together - I miss her deeply. My sympathy to her family and her little dog, Lizzy. Dear one, we'll be united again in the future. Thank you for your precious friendship throughout the years, Beth Aitken

Many memories of times at garage sales, and our breakfast that we had every so often. I will miss those times.

Karen was such a beloved friend. We had so much fun selling at garage sales, flea markets, and shows. She loved selling her jewelry and linens and helping Larry sell all his fishing and hunting stuff. Last year Karen and I went on a lovely vacation in Illinois and crused down the Mississippi River. We had such a great time and made lots of friend. She was such a kind, loving, and caring person. She will be missed by all who knew her.
