Larry A. Millard

Larry A. Millard, 77, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo. Larry was born July 19, 1945, in Dowagiac, MI, the son of Arthur and Leona (Parker) Millard. He was a 1964 graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and later went on to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps as a mechanic. On April 6, 1973, Larry was united in marriage to Christina “Tina” Cuddington, who preceded him in death in 1993, and was also preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by two children, Arthur (Sheri) Millard and Christine Millard; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; longtime companion Evangeline Morgan and her children, Larry (Kara) Morgan and Candy (Rod) Durga.

In keeping with Larry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
