I've known Laurie for over 30 yrs. and will miss her terribly. Her sense of humor, and her ability to make me laugh was what I will miss the most. She was a very kind, decent person with a heart of gold.

Laurie and I became friends when Dusty and Jared were in the same class, Leann and Ryan were still babies at home. We raised kids together and had so many good times. Our families were very close. We still love to play Laurie's crazy dice game, and Pegs N Jokers. "Loo" had a heart of gold and was a great momma. My heart breaks at her sudden loss, way too early. Camping, dressing up for Halloween, wrestling tournaments, dinner and cards, birthday parties and girls trips. Hairbrush karaoke, Willy Nelson. Auctions and yard sales.. Never one to pass up a deal on the side of the road. Such fun times!
