Leslie Mackie, age 70, of Portage, Michigan, passed away on January 10, 2026. She was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to the late Raymond and Dorothy (Bennett) Mackie.

Leslie spent many years in finance which included twenty years at First of America Bank, four years with Smith Barney and eighteen years at Mercantile Bank. Helping people and developing relationships with her customers brought great joy throughout her career.

Leslie enjoyed a variety of interests, including music, reading, cooking, taking care of her household of plants, her many pets over the years and travel.

Her particular passion was watching her son’s successes and her grandchildren who provided endless delights.

Leslie is survived by her partner and soul mate of over 25 years, Kenneth Chambers. Her son, Pasha Khosravani (Amanda), two grandsons, Ronin and Oliver Khosravani, and a granddaughter, Marlow Khosravani. Brother David Mackie (Julie). Also, various extended family members. Her sister, Kay Young preceded her in death in June of 2024.

A private memorial service will be held in Leslie’s honor.
