Freddy my friend it saddens my heart to hear about Maudy . I will never forget her because like many others she took me in and made me feel like family . I hope that you and my bud Mike and the rest of the family will receive my condolences and look to our father for comfort

Dear Fred and family,
Having just read about Linda's passing, I am in great and sudden sadness. When I moved to Vicksburg in 1956, my senior year, Linda took me under her wing on the first day of school. In fact, she introduced me to my future husband, Jerry, after school that day at Matz Soda Shop. After this, we spent many happy hours double dating and doing all kind of fun things.
Linda was a bridesmaid, even though she was several months pregnant with son, Rob, in 1960 at our wedding. My heart goes out to her family, as they adjust to life without her, and to other friends as well.

Dearest Cuz Fred and family. I too am devastated at the rather sudden loss of Lynn. She's been the Matriarch of the family and a loving life-line to me for over a decade now, on a daily basis. I will miss her voice and texts and emails and her stories so much.
I most firmly believe she has eternal life in paradise and we will meet again.

What a heartwarming picture of Linda! I met Linda in our line dancing class in Vicksburg many years ago, and Debbie, our instructor, is right: We could always count on her to know all the steps! She and I communicated mostly by (long) emails. She certainly loved her family. I will never forget her voice, her sense of humor (and her common sense as well). Rest in peace, dear friend.

Dear Willis Family,
I met Linda originally at the Vicksburg Senior Exercise classes then she became my dedicated line dance student also in Vicksburg. She was an absolute joy to have in class. She was a talented strong dancer, standing on the right side on the end. She helped the students get through the routines when they were facing her wall. A rock star. We, as a class, had many outings outside of class which we were blessed when she could join us. Linda, as you k now is a "tell it like it is" personality which we respected and loved about her. She will be missed in our little group of line dance friends.

I Am With You Always
~To those I love and those who loved me~

Since I am now gone, release me, let me go.

I have seen and done so many things throughout my time.

Do not tie your memory to me with tears.

Be happy we had so many wonderful years.

I gave you my love and you can only guess,

how much you gave to me in happiness.

I thank you for the love you have always shown.

But now it is time to travel on alone.

So grieve awhile for me if you must.

Then let your grief be comforted by trust.

It will only be awhile that we must be apart,

so bless all our memories in your heart.

I will not be far away because life goes on.

So if you need me call and I will be there.

Though you can't see or touch me, I will always be near.

And then, when you come this way alone,

I will greet you with a smile,

"We are Finally Home."
