Lottie L. Koster

Lottie Koster, of Plainwell, MI, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Lottie was born June 10, 1927, in Frankfort, IN to Floyd & Maude (Beard) Barnaby. She is survived by her daughter Sherry (Al) Selen; grandchildren: Brian (Meredith), Jessica (Paul), Matthew (Julie), Kyle (Stephine) and Hunter; five great grandchildren; her daughter-in-law Michelle as well as several nieces and nephews.  Lottie is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband Bud; her son Chris and her daughter Debra. 

Lottie loved to bake.  She was the cookie baker for everyone and she made every holiday special for all of the family.  Family was her greatest love.  Lottie worked in the family owned five and dime store and loved working with the public.

Following her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visit with family and friends on Monday, May 23 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Avink, McCowen & Secord Funeral Homes and Cremation Society, 120 S. Woodhams St., Plainwell, MI, 49080. 269 685-5881. A graveside committal service will follow at 1:00 at Hillside cemetery in Gun Plain Township.
