Marguerite Deal Phillips

Marguerite passed away peacefully November 7th in the company of her family. An extremely compassionate and empathetic woman, she touched many lives over the years with her loving ways and community involvement. She is survived by her life partner Kenneth Fischer, son R. Hal Phillips (Patrice), daughter Teresa A. Chau (Robert), son David H. Phillips (Kimberly), 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, all blessed with her inner and outer beauty.
