Marilyn J. (Allison) Cleary, age 92, passed away on January 27, 2026. Marilyn was born February 9, 1933, in Otsego, Michigan, to Dewight & Vera (Tozer) Allison. Marilyn was the middle child of 5 children in a full and active home. She married Ken Cleary in 1953 and shared over 28 years of marriage with him prior to his passing. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to spend time with family and friends, gardening, reading and baking and cooking. She enjoyed being home. Marilyn was a member of the Otsego Baptist Church for many years and enjoyed following nephew when he became an evangelist.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Ken; her parents and her brother Albert.

She is loving remembered by children: Dave Cleary and Colleen (Dan) Stone; her sisters: Donna Lewis, Joyce Kershaw and Penney Dalton; grandchildren: Teresa (John) VanKeuren, Eric (Nikki) Cleary, Cavin Cleary, Abby West, Wesley Stone and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial contribution to Centrica Care Navigators. A memorial graveside service is being planned for the Spring.
