Beloved mother of Janet Duggins (Jerry) and grandmother of Alix and Miriam Duggins died April 10. She was born April 21, 1921, in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter of Warren and Agnes Woodhall. She was preceded in death by her husband Robbie and brothers Bill and Jack Woodhall. Burial will be in PA. Memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Portage.
