Carpenter, Neil A. of Portage MI 3/29/1929 - 10/04/2010 Neil born to Neil and Hazel Carpenter in Lansing, MI. Neil was proceeded in death by wife Laura (Field) Carpenter. Neil was an avid bowler, member of Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed many hobbies. Surviving children are: Renee Carpenter of Springfield,VA, Colleen (Larry) Krueger of Kalamazoo,MI, Jeff Carpenter of Portage,MI and Pam Carpenter of Paw Paw,MI. Grandchildren: Stephanie (Bob) Bloomfield, Rob (Kelli) Narlock, Travis Narlock, Aaron Carpenter, Charlie (Sheena) Peak, 12 gr. grandchildren and 2 gr.gr. grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be on Sat. Oct.16, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 7211 Oakland Dr. Portage,MI 49002.
