Nicholas Adam Frey, of Marcellus passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the age of 91. Nicholas was born on May 7, 1934, and was the son of Peter and Gertrude (Frazon) Frey.

Nicholas was survived by his five children: Robert (Margot) Frey, of Paw Paw; Joseph (Jessie) Frey, of Marcellus; Patricia Ashbaugh, of MO; John (Evalyn) Frey, of AR; Ruth Carter, of AR; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Frances; parents: Peter and Gertrude Frey; one brother: Peter Frey; mother and father-in-law: Walter and Rita Paradine; and two sons-in-law’s: John Ashbaugh and Lee Carter.

Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 22nd at 10:00 a.m., at the Daily Harvest Ministries Church in Lawton, Michigan. A burial of Nicholas’ ashes will take place following the service at Gilson Cemetery in Scotts, MI.
