Norma Charlene Flora

Norma Charlene Flora, of Portage passed away, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the age of 89. She was born on March 29, 1936 in Kalamazoo, MI. Norma was the daughter of John and Helen (Schoff) Elsey. Norma lived a rich and fulfilling life dedicated to her family, her faith, and her community.
