Orrin "Ray" Miller

Orrin Miller Jr “Ray Miller”, of Plainwell, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, April 23,2021, at the age of 70. Ray was the son of Orrin and Lillian (Price) Miller Sr. Ray retired from Bentler Automotive as a journeyman machine repairman. Ray spent the early hours of each day in his devotion unto the Lord, in his Bible Studies, and Word Searches. His afternoons playing his guitar, which he learnt by the internet, and became very beautiful at his worship unto the Lord God. In between he would be doing crossword puzzles and other word games, usually with Jewels (cat) asleep on his lap. Ray is survived by his wife of 32-years Paula (Gombos) Miller; son Raymond of Arizona, and his son’s Luke and Preston; daughter Amy of Texas, and her son Donovon, and daughter Kyra; sisters Jackie and Diane both of Otsego, and several nieces and nephews. Ray is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Jane, Patsy, Dawn, and brother-in-law Harlan. Visitation for Orrin is being held Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 12:00 pm at McCowen & Secord Funeral Home, Marshall – Gren Chapel, 120 S. Woodhams, Plainwell, MI 49080 with Services following at 1:00 pm at the same location.
