Patricia Louise Bowen

Patricia L. Bowen, 59, of Plainwell, Michigan, passed away suddenly on November 12, 2020, at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Pat was born on March 30, 1961 to Edward & Lois Roberts. Pat is survived by her children: Jerry (Cathy) Bowen, Darlene Dennis, Pamelia Bowen, Sandy Bowen and Zachary Bowen; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; her siblings: William (Eileen) Roberts, Marsha Hemminger and Clara Roberts as well as several nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 35 years, Jerry; her grandson Zachery; her brother Frank and sister Catherine. Pat was a great cook with beef and noodles and homemade pizza being favorites. She enjoyed trips to the casino. She looked forward to Easter every year having the grandchildren over for an egg hunt. She was an animal lover who had many dogs over the years. She loved her family often spending time with her brothers and sisters playing cards. Pat was a loving, kind woman that helped everyone she could. Visit with family and friends on Friday, November 20 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the McCowen & Secord Funeral Home; Marshall Gren Chapel – 120 S. Woodhams St. in Plainwell. A private graveside service is being planned. Due to COVID-19 concerns, it is required that people that attend please wear a mask and observe social distancing, as well as any of the current CDC guidelines imposed on the day of the event.
