Robert Leigh DeHaan

Robert Leigh DeHaan, of Kalamazoo passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at the age of 85 from complications of Covid-19. He was born on March 9, 1935 in Albert Lea, MN, son of Egbert and Norma DeHaan. His family moved to Kalamazoo, MI shortly after. He eventually met and married the love of his life, Shirley L. Glenn in 1954 who preceded him in death in 2009. He is survived by his three children, Vicky L. DeHaan (Scott), Lori (Steve) Hanson, Steven (Susan) DeHaan, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren who adored him. He had the best smile and made people laugh wherever he was. He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings. Cremation has taken place and per his wishes, there will not be a graveside memorial.
