Salomee Mapendo

Salomee Mapendo of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the age of 73. She was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo on April 1, 1952 the daughter of Harry Bernard and Elizabeth Benadette.

In accordance with the family's wishes a public time for visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 17, 2026 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. A public funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Calvary Bible Church, 855 S Drake Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 with Majaliwa Donatie officiating.
