Sharon Moon

Sharon Moon of Kalamazoo, MI passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at the age of 64. She and her twin sister: Karen were born on November 19, 1956, in Long Beach, CA to Eldo “Glenn” Ridenour and Janet Anderson. She is preceded in her passing by her parents and her brother: Kevin Ridenour Left to cherish Sharon’s loving memory are her children: Elizabeth (Brian) Henson and Wendy (Timothy) Mosher; sister: Karen (Cliffard) Kahler; grandchildren: Cailla (Dean Genix) Moss, Ethan Moss, Deanna (Brandon Streu) Cronk, and Isaiah Cronk-Rose; step-father: Jerome Crabtree; sister in-law: Cindy Ridenour; and nieces: Hilary Ridenour and Ashley Shepperd. In accordance with the family’s wishes cremation has taken place and a public celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at McCowen & Secord Family Funeral Homes Rupert-Durham Chapel, 409 South Main Street, Vicksburg, MI 49097, on Thursday, September 9, 2021, starting at 11:00 a.m. with Jim Dyke officiating. Sharon will be laid to rest with her mother in Mendon Twp Cemetery following the service.
