Sharons passing hit me like a ton of bricks today, but I know she is in Heaven with Jesus! She loved Him so much and always brought Him into her conversations. She was the hardest working woman Ive ever known! Making her own bread for the restaurant. She and I shared many a talks while I taught John Henry piano. She even let me use the restaurants piano to teach after she closed for lunch for a couple years. Never charged me a dime! We had each others backs. Loved her infectious laugh! Sharon loved and prayed for her family with all her heart! I can still hear her say, You know what I mean?I was so looking forward to seeing her today as my girlfriends and I met at Old Plank for lunch..I was just seven days too late. God bless all of her family and grandkids. Youll be in my thoughts and prayers. Crista Simmons :two_hearts:

My mom is an amazing woman. She is strong, kind, humble human. She's stubborn. She is very stubborn. I think that's the Ulrich in her. But, her stubbornness kept her going fighting like the energizer bunny. My mom has done more things and showed more kindness to people than I ever knew about. I had a glimpse of kindness she showed to others, but more recently I'm finding out more of the extent of it. I'm lucky God picked her to be my humble mother. I'm thankful for all the memories and laughs. I wish there was going to be more. I'm trying so hard to do what my mom would want and do. Cling on to hope, help others, be kind. Be humble. And laugh. Life is way too short to be or do anything else.
