Sheryl Levering

Sheryl A Levering (Sheri) went to live with her Lord and Savior on July 11, 2025, at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo; she was surrounded by her family. Sheri was born on June 1, 1948.

Sheri had a never-ending drive and relentless love for her two sons and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a hard worker and employed as a cashier at Lowes in Portage, Mi. During her lifetime she had managed several restaurants and gas stations in the Kalamazoo area as well as in Ohio. She had a great love for God and attended Center Point Church. May she rest in Peace!

She was preceded in death by her infant son Glenn Alan Jr.; her parents: John C Landrum Sr, and Donna M Shrock; brothers: David E Landrum, John C Landrum, Thomas E Landrum and Timothy P Landrum.

Sheri is survived by her two sons: Daniel T Levering and Gary Levering; 5 grandchildren: Tasha, Breanna, Alexus, Jade, and Lizzy; a great grandson, Marcus; her stepmother Marian E Landrum; brothers: Michael E Landrum and Charles W Landrum; sisters: Angela k Landrum, Kimberly A Landrum and Sally (Gary) Belote; sister in-Laws: Lorna (David), Margaret (Thomas) and Cecilia (Timothy ) Landrum as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a memorial service on Friday August 1, 2025, at 11:00-2:00 at the River Church, 517 Walbridge St Kalamazoo, Mi 49007. Pastor Bradley Landrum will be officiating. Lunch will be served, and all friends and family are invited to attend.
