Treva affectionately known as "Big Grandma”, of Plainwell, MI passed away peacefully on Fri. May 20th,2022 at the age of 92. Treva was the 2nd of 5 children born on Sept. 10th,1929 to Lyman and Wava (Cosgrove)Kelsey of Martin, MI. Treva's parents both worked as farmers and were grateful to be able to provide for their family. Treva graduated high school from Martin High in 1947. Soon after graduating she met the Love of her Life, Everett Snyder. It was Love at first sight and they soon would be married on June 5th, 1954. Their Love grew stronger each day for the next 42 years. They have 7 children. More than anything Treva Loved her Family, and her door was always open to them. Treva had the biggest Heart. If you needed something and she had it, it was yours. Treva Loved to go shopping with her daughters and would always have to buy a new purse or ring when she went. Treva spent most of her time at home relaxing watching her favorite tv shows; The Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune, The News, and her Soaps. Surviving are her sister Marian Kelsey; children Debra Bodine, Greg and Tammy Snyder, Raymond Snyder, Theresa Bolen, and David Snyder; 16 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. Treva was preceded in death by her husband Everett (Sneeze)Snyder; daughter's Sandra Hammer and Linda Hatfield; sister's Donna Snyder and Gladys Wortinger; and brother Lyman Kelsey. Treva was truly a Special Woman who gave so much Love. To her Family and Friends, she will be Deeply Missed. A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
