Tricia Rose Miller

Tricia Rose Miller of Vicksburg, MI passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, May 4, 2023, at the age of 16. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI on May 4, 2007, the daughter of Amy Miller.

Trish enjoyed a great many things including watching Dora the Explorer, chocolate pudding, riding the school bus at Woods Edge Learning Center, playing with empty chip bags, and music.

Trish loved her Poppy and he loved her back. Listening to his oldies music on her headphones always brought a smile to his face. Poppy loved to spoil Trish by filling up a kiddie pool with warm water and letting her play in it.

More than anything Trish was the baby of the family and had a special relationship with her siblings. She especially enjoyed playing the piano with Tiffani and any of Jake’s shenanigans.

She is preceded in her passing by her grandmother: Patricia Rose Buell.

Left to cherish her loving memory is her mother: Amy Miller; siblings: Stephanie (Marvin) Smeal, Lisa (Andy) Kitzmiller, Tiffani (James) Leonard, Thomas Miller, Johnathan Miller, and Jacob Miller; nieces and nephews: Lilah, Kristen, Alec, Adam, Carson, Lilianna, and Levi; grandparents: Bob Moughton and Edd (Poppy) Buell; aunts and uncles: Scott (Kimberly) Buell, Bill (Jessica) Cox, Steve (Lynne) Buell, and Rob (Jessica) Moughton; and several cousins.

In accordance with the family’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Avink, McCowen & Secord Funeral Home, 409 South Main Street, Vicksburg, MI 49097, on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, with a time for visiting beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 noon with Pastor David Downs officiating. Tricia will be laid to rest at Vicksburg Cemetery immediately following the service.
